Buy from a wide range of tickets for buses, trains and trams, including;
- Bee AnyBus and Bee AnyBus + Tram travelcards for 7-day or 28-day travel
- System One travelcards for 7-day, 28-day, or annual travel
- Metrolink tram season tickets
- Wayfarer tickets
- National Express coach tickets.
Paypoint
Hundreds of local shops, convenience stores, newsagents and petrol stations in Greater Manchester are Paypoint outlets, displaying the Paypoint sign. You can pay for lots of things here, including travel tickets.

Tram
Ticket machines at tram stops
Pay by credit or debit card (including contactless up to £100) or by cash (change given) for adult, child, concession and family tram tickets, including:
- single tickets.
- 1-day travelcards.
- weekend travelcards.
- 7-day travelcards.
- 28-day travelcards.
Please note - You cannot pay for a journey on the tram. You must have a ticket before you get on.
Bus
On board
Pay the bus driver for single, 1-day and 7-day travelcards, including System One tickets to use on a combination of buses, trams and trains.
If paying with cash, try and have the right amount, although the driver will usually be able to give you change. You can now pay with contactless cards and devices on many buses.
Train tickets
At a rail station
Ticket office: Pay by cash, card, or company cheque (some train companies only: please check first).
Ticket machine: Pay by cash (not available at some stations), card or pick up tickets you have paid for online (using the same debit or credit card).
On the train
If you can't buy a ticket at the station, you can pay for most tickets on the train by cash or card.
Online
Buy individual rail journey tickets, season tickets and combined tickets on rail company websites. Select your ticket on the National Rail journey planner, then follow the links to buy online.
Phone
Buy train tickets on the phone from the train company. Choose the company on the National Rail Train Operating Companies web page, then pick 'Ticketing and Fares' for the phone number.
